You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Wordly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or create derivative works from the app.
Wordly is free. It contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising. The in-game "gold" is a virtual score only — it has no monetary value, cannot be bought and cannot be exchanged for money.
The fact cards and questions in the app are provided for education and entertainment. While we take care over accuracy, they should not be relied on as an academic, professional or official source.
The Wordly name, logo, artwork, text and software belong to the developer and are protected by copyright.
Your progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the app, resetting your device or resetting progress permanently destroys it; no backup or restore service is provided. See the Privacy Policy.
Wordly is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app, and does not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free.
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
